I call her Gazelle.
Whoever she is, she probably deserves a better picture than this. At least I like the face. And the overall design isn't too bad. Despite how unlikely that might appear, I think the proportions are spot-on what I was going for. Other than that, though...

My favorite elements are her hair, her hair-feathers, her sleeves, and the fringe on her top.

Her body shape, boots, sleeves, and dagger make me imagine her as a knife-fighter/flamenco dancer. I imagine her movements as being very swift and quick but graceful, with a rhythm like flamenco. Her expression makes me think of quick, sly wit and sarcasm.

Her sleeves are wide enough to confuse and misdirect her opponent but not so wide that she can't still fight effectively.

I imagine her as being blonde and her outfit being light "tropical" colors: maybe teal and pink or something. Definitely some sort of vibrant, slightly feminine hues, and something untraditional.

I'd like to make a character out of her.
